Google has a new flight tracking feature:
just type your airline and flight number into the search box to get the departure and arrival location and estimated time.

You can also use Google Mobile Search
type the carrier code and flight number into the Google Mobile Search box at http://www.google.com/mobile/

You can even text Google...
Text Message Google with the flight number to 466453 (Google).
